clinical symptom of the scalp.
The result were as follows :
1. In the group of patients treated with ketoconazole shampoo, they showed clinical improvement and decreased score of pityrosporum score and hyphae after treatment.
2. In the group of patients treated with systemic itraconazole, they showed clinical improvement, but did not showed decreased score of pityrosporum spore and hyphae.
